Each candidate is strictly evaluated by our design and content managers for their technical skills, portfolio quality, creativity & innovation, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, collaboration and communication, time management, adaptability and learning ability, passion for design, emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, client-centric approach and most importantly culture fit for the client thus ensuring the right fit for any brand. We also encourage feedback from our clients to ensure that the candidates we provide meet their expectations and deliver high-quality work.

We believe that deserving candidates need to be given increments on a timely basis. This helps us in resource retention while keeping the candidate motivated. We have a strict recruitment process and provide high-quality creative talent to our clients. However, in the unlikely event that you’re not satisfied with the candidates provided, we will work with you to identify the root cause of the issue and find a solution that meets your needs. We also provide backup resources for our clients.

We also offer short-term coverage for vacations and leaves of absence for existing teams. We also provide immediate backup resources in situations where the candidates are out of reach or absent without communication etc.
